Meet the Team

Dr Shelton Goode

Dr. Goode is a diversity and inclusion executive with over 20 years of human resource, business and university-teaching experience.  Goode has held executive human resource and diversity positions for companies ranging in size from $300M to $11B+ and has developed or implemented talent management programs, performance management systems, sales incentive plans, labor relations strategies, and large-scale culture change initiatives.

Marilyn Robinson

Marilyn Robinson is the President and Principal Consultant of RHR Management Consulting Inc.

In her role, Robinson is responsible for business development, project management, and overseeing client needs fulfillment for the company focused on conducting organizational assessments, planning and facilitating multi-day career and leadership development workshops, and designing curriculum.

As the Principal Consultant, Robinson facilitates numerous management skills, technology, Diversity and Inclusion sessions.

Anita Nahal, Ph.D., CDP

Dr. Nahal is a multi-dimensional diversity thought-leader and consultant with professional experience spanning countries, continents, and cities.

Nahal has worked at various universities; HBCUs, Public and Private, in the U.S. and in India.

Danielle Gruppo

Danielle Gruppo is chief executive officer and founder of InternAlliance - a consulting firm, and social recruiting platform for diverse student interns.

Gruppo is an accomplished human resources executive with over 25 years of experience developing and executing talent management and human capital strategies for Fortune 250 and privately held companies in energy, healthcare, services, and manufacturing.

Julius Pryor III

Julius Pryor III has held executive roles at Johnson & Johnson (J&J), Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE), Russell Athletic, Abbott Labs and Takeda Pharmaceuticals.

Pryor was Vice President of Global Diversity at both J&J and at Coke. Most recently, Julius served as Head of Innovation, Diversity & Inclusion at biotech leader Genentech.

Pryor combines a unique vision for the future of D&I, a strong grounding in sales and management, and insights into what works across different industries and sectors.

Robelyn McNair

Robelyn McNair has dedicated more than 25 years to serving in senior and executive human resources leadership roles. She has held a senior professional certification in human resources since 2001 and has both practical and strategic experience in all disciplines of the human resources function.

McNair provides advisory and consulting services to CEO’s and business leaders of small and mid-sized mature, emerging and start-up businesses to help develop and address people strategies, processes and procedures.

John Holly

Mr. Holly is a lifelong human resource professional with a passion for coaching for personal and professional growth and success.
