facilitator with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Human Resource
industry.

She holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Catholic
University of America. She has held various roles in human resources, most
recently as Senior Director of People and Culture, where she leads her
organization’s race, equity, diversity, and inclusion work. Kacey is a HR leader
known for rolling up her sleeves and leading the organization’s human resource
function with an emphasis on creating an equitable, diverse, and inclusive culture;
while working to ensure the employee life cycle offers all employees a space to be
seen, heard, and valued.

As a leader in HR, Kacey is committed to cultivating equitable work cultures,
