Icarus Consulting helped Milwaukee Center for Independence (MCFI) implement a generational training program for its multigenerational workforce. Through a train-the-trainer model, assessments, and digital resources, Icarus enhanced workplace cohesion. Within a year, the program was operational, with ongoing support ensuring sustained learning and adaptation.

Icarus Consulting’s 2022 DEI Benchmarking Study analyzed 358 organizations’ diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Findings reveal that while most have DEI strategies, leadership accountability and data-driven tracking remain challenges. The study highlights gaps in hiring, representation, and cultural competency, emphasizing the need for strategic, long-term DEI integration.

Icarus Consulting helped reposition the Transit Authority of River City (TARC) as a key regional economic asset. Icarus identified public perceptions and barriers to ridership through surveys and data analysis. The findings informed a strategic outreach and communications plan, enhancing TARC’s visibility, engagement, and long-term community impact.
