Helen is a technical consultant whose primary responsibilities involve supporting the team’s Inclusive Leadership Development facilitators. Helen is critical to the success of our learning programs by ensuring our workshops run smoothly, resolving technical issues for the facilitator and participants, enhancing the workshop’s impact by adding a new voice).

In working with the facilitators, Helen manages all the technical elements, allowing the facilitator to concentrate on facilitating the workshop, focus on workshop objectives, and guide the participants through the workshop content.
