Alison Oxman is the vice president of operations and is responsible for integrating project
processes and coordinating the different phases through the project management cycle. She also ensures
that all project areas come together to deliver the project to a successful conclusion. The entire Icarus
teams rely on Alison to develop project management plans, ensure the project plan is consistent and
coherent, and monitor the project plan’s implementation, including providing all consultants and client
stakeholders involved to perform all planned activities. Alison is the Icarus leader in monitoring and
controlling project plans, measuring the initial results against the intended objectives, and coordinating all
project plan changes.


Alison has deep and broad experience as a Program Manager, Human Resources professional,
Talent Agent, and Casting Director. She has a strong reputation as a project manager and has the respect
of several leading diversity and inclusion consulting firms. She is known for developing trusting
relationships with her clients’ senior leaders as she educates them on the human connection to the ROI of
results and revenue. Through her corporate experience in the financial, healthcare, and IT industries, Alison
offers clients multi-dimensional perspectives on why people are their organization’s most important asset
and how treating individuals with dignity and respect can increase revenue.


Alison is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton, a former Vice President of HR at NYC-based finance
firm Weiss, Peck & Greer (Robeco), and an HR Generalist at Saint Barnabas Healthcare System and
Dendrite, both located in New Jersey. A trusted leader in all of her client systems, Alison’s integrity is
relentless as she partners with individuals to achieve optimal results.
