Jeff Thrutchley has held a variety of leadership positions ranging from General Manager;
Sales Manager; Director of Human Resources; Director of Benefits, Safety and Risk
Management; and Director of Training throughout the US and Internationally with
industry leading companies like John H Harland and ADT Security Services / Tyco.

For 12 years he was a sales and leadership consultant to the Security, Hotel, Banking, and
Health and Fitness industries before joining a start-up operation at SpeedWire for
AT&T’s Digital Life. Jeff joined MasTec AT when it acquired SpeedWire as Director of
Safety and Learning Development. He currently is consulting on Sales, Leadership, and
Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging challenges in businesses and non-profits.

Regardless of Jeff’s specific job title, he has consistently been “in the business” of
developing people to improve individual performance, teamwork, and company results.
Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Graceland University in south central
Iowa with double majors in Economics and Business Administration. Jeff resides in the
greater Atlanta area with his wife of 40+ years and one special needs daughter, near to his
other daughter and her husband who have a girl (6) and boy (3). Jeff agrees that
Grandparenting it GREAT! Jeff is an Eagle Scout, is active in church and as a volunteer
with Camp Horizon – serving children of abuse and neglect in greater Atlanta.
