“The EXECUTIVE”, a C-Suite Conversation; This streaming social media YouTube series will address the issues, concerns and best practices that exist in the C-Suite pertaining to Diversity & Inclusion. “The EXECUTIVE”, believe that with the benefit of diverse perspectives, [C-Suite executive] will inspire and help invest new innovative designs, better products, deliver better services, and build a better world.
Our host, a diversity & inclusion expert, will probe into the C-Suite executives on how they set big goals and demand aspirational behavior in their organizations. “The Executive” will encourage the executive to do the same when it comes to advancing diversity & inclusion, even with the understanding that achieving these goals may take time.
The EXECUTIVE” series we will explore how CEO’s use their influence in and out of the workplace. As leaders, these CEO’s are use to driving positive change within their organizations and making impact in their communities. The EXECUTIVE” series will talk about how discrimination should be a vital part of that discussion.
“The EXECUTIVE” will address CEO’s that hold their companies and those they do business with accountable to the values they represent. While “The EXECUTIVE”, understand that most CEO’S are not experts on diversity, but they identify, however, as a CEO, they are expected to be an expert on their industry and business: but not necessarily on diversity and inclusive. And it’s probably the case that most Fortune 500 CEO’s haven’t studied bias or experienced it in the way that many others have.
“The EXECUTIVE” hopes to create a media outlet for CEO’s and chief diversity officers to share more than 500 D&I best practices and encouraged each other to host conversations with employees about race, sexual harassment, religion, and so on.
